Do I have to do a medical exam before I can book?
No. You can reserve your appointment right away. First-time clients simply complete a quick online TeleHealth Exam and a Client Intake Form we’ll send by text or email. Both must be done at least 24 hours before the first visit.
How often do I need the exam?
Only once every 12 months, unless your health status changes or you begin a new service that requires separate clearance.
What if I don’t see a time that works for me?
Send us a message! On certain days we can offer morning or late-evening appointments by request, even if they aren’t shown on the online calendar.
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
If an infusion cannot be completed due to IV-access issues, we will attempt up to two IV starts; if unsuccessful, you may choose an injection or may be rescheduled at no extra charge.
Service fees are non-refundable once an infusion has started.
If you experience an adverse reaction, please let us know immediately. We follow Guardian MD protocols for emergency response.
See our full Cancellation & Refund Policy page for complete details.
Are IV infusions safe?
Yes. All IV and injection services are provided by licensed RNs under Guardian MD supervision, following Michigan protocols and using sterile, pharmacy-sourced vitamins and medications.
I’m nervous about needles, can I still book?
Absolutely. Our team specializes in gentle IV starts, and you’re welcome to have a friend or family member for support during your visit.
Can you come to my home or workplace?
Yes. TwinFusion Mobile Glow is fully mobile and serves Mid-Michigan and surrounding areas.
Standard travel fees may apply outside our core service area.
Groups of 4 or more inside the extended area do not pay travel fees.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Drink plenty of water on the day of your visit, wear loose or short sleeves for easy IV access, and have a comfortable space ready for you to relax during the infusion.
What should I expect after my infusion?
Most clients feel hydrated and refreshed right away. You’ll receive after-care instructions that include hydration tips and guidance on when to call us or your healthcare provider if you have questions or concerns.
Who is your medical oversight?
We are overseen by Guardian Medical Direction and have a medical director as well. A Nurse Practitioner will clear you for services, making sure it is perfectly safe to administer your treatment!
